Louise O’Sullivan, established businesswomen, founded Jacques Cartier Personnel Consultants Inc. in 1978, a company which is today one of the leading human resources and placement firms in the heart of Montreal.

In 1996, the Cartier Heritage Foundation was also founded by Mrs. O’Sullivan which has, since its establishment, assisted thousands of adults and children in need of support.

Among her many achievements, Louise O’Sullivan has been President of the Regroupement des Femmes Cadres du Québec, the Patron of Honour of Le Chaînon (a shelter for women in need) and Patron of Honour of the Pointe-à-Callière Museum. For a number of years, Mrs. O’Sullivan has been politically active at all three levels of government. She was elected to the city council for four years and was also named a member of the Executive Committee of the City of Montreal. Louise O’Sullivan, to many, is an example of perseverance and dedication, working toward the betterment of her company as well as society in general.
